Our classes provide a total body workout combining a variety or training methods like HIIT (high intensity interval training), dynamic strength training, and flexibility. We'll do everything from athletic drills and circuits, to weight lifting, body weight training, and power yoga inspired moves...all to killer beats.
This entire workout is inspired by music and "the beat drop." You know that feeling when the music ramps up & you go off? It'll have you dripping in sweat and kicking your own booty without even realizing it because you'll be having fun doing it. Warning: explicit lyrics.

Hi! I'm Lauren Rasky - a wife, mom, certified Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach, and long time Fitness Trainer. I've been teaching group fitness classes for over 14 years now.
I'm a former named top Master Trainer for one of the largest fitness companies in the industry, and I've taught classes in some of the most popular clubs & studios alongside some of the industry's best trainers in the fitness mecca of the world - Orange County, CA. I truly believe I learned from the best, and now, I'm excited to train with you!
With LUX BOOTCAMP, I combine my favorite elements of my favorite classes & workouts to bring a touch of California fitness to the Steel City.
LUX means light, shining and bright. Fitness was a bright shining light for me in times of darkness, so the name is fitting as I hope you'll find this class to be a bright, shining light in your life, too.
