HOW IT WORKS
When you sign up, you'll get access to your virtual membership as well as everything you need to complete your 4 week BOOTCAMP to kick it off, including:
- 4-Week Bootcamp Program. We've put together a program and weekly schedule with a variety of workouts including LUX BOOTCAMP & LUX YOGA SCULPT classes as well as additional training to keep you interested, challenged, and having a good time working out at home. There will be both live workouts and recorded classes each week, plus on your own workouts with demo videos, playlists and class cards to complete. You'll be provided with 5 workouts per week (some live, some recordings) plus have access to more inside your membership site.
- Live Virtual Classes. Work out with a group in real time to boost your motivation & take your workouts to the next level.
- Virtual Class Library. Can't make the live classes? You'll have 24/7 access to a library of workouts and recordings of all live classes for the duration of your program.
- Tools for Tracking Your Progress. Track your workouts and measure your progress as you get stronger.
- Community & Support. Our favorite part of classes is our amazing community. You'll have access to a membership site where you can connect with other members & get the tips and support you need.
After completing your 4-week BOOTCAMP, you will automatically receive continued access to the membership site at a discount, all updates including any new workouts, live workouts, and the ability to participate in any additional BOOTCAMPs.
WHAT YOU NEED: One set of light weights (3-5 pounds) and one set of heavy weights (8-12, 15 pounds). If you don't have weights, you can also sub with water bottles or soup cans and can use your own body weight.

MEET YOUR TRAINER
Hi! I'm Lauren Rasky - a wife, mom, certified Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach, and long time Fitness Trainer. I've been teaching group fitness classes for over 15 years now.
I'm a former named top Master Trainer for one of the largest fitness companies in the industry, and I've taught classes in some of the most popular clubs & studios alongside some of the industry's best trainers in the fitness mecca of the world - Orange County, CA. I truly believe I learned from the best, and now, I'm excited to train with you!
With LUX FITNESS, I combine my favorite elements of my favorite classes & workouts to bring a touch of California fitness to the Steel City.
LUX means light, shining and bright. Fitness was a bright shining light for me in times of darkness, so the name is fitting as I hope you'll find this class to be a bright, shining light in your life, too.
Heavily inspired by music and "the beat drop," it's my goal for you to leave your workout feeling like the most badass version of yourself.
